The Taste That Kills
In his shocking and informative book, Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills author Dr. Russel Blaylock tells about something called “excitotoxins”.
Excitotoxins are chemicals that stimulate brain cells literally to death, killing neurons and causing nervous system problems along with a host of other health problems.
That’s not something YOU would take, right? Think again. You’re probably not only consuming excitoxins yourself, but also giving them to your children.
One of the worst, according to Dr. Blaylock, is aspartame. You know… the stuff they put in diet pop, pre-sweetened Kool-Aid and lots of diet and “no sugar” products.
Do you know why aspartame is so toxic? When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in aspartame converts to eformaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the toxic poison found in the sting of fire ants.
I was shocked and horrified to find out that many people that are diagnosed with M.S. and Lupus are actually suffering from methanol toxicity from using artificial sweeteners. There are documented cases where people stopped using aspartame and made remarkable recoveries that astounded their doctors!
